Yasuko Miyazaki (15 May 1931 – 27 June 1996) was a Japanese director, actress, screenwriter, and playwright. After working as an actress for a few years following her graduation from the Haiyuza acting school, she became a theatre director, writing plays for the stage and screenplays for film and television. In 1975, she co-founded the Mumeijuku acting school with her husband, Tatsuya Nakadai. She died of pancreatic cancer in 1996 at age 65.
