Katya was rushed for a cesarean section. During the operation, Margo discovered severe complications – placental abruption and massive bleeding. To save her life, she was forced to perform a hysterectomy. The baby was born in critical condition, and despite the efforts of Theodora and Margo, it died of hypoxia.
