After the horror in Golders Green, today came the PM's response. Many protesters outside Downing Street tonight tell us Britain's Jews don't feel safe. And with 200 phones a day stolen in London, we're on a ride-along with police targeting phone thieves. Are police losing the fight? With Paddy O'Connell.
