The Campbell family is grieving the loss of their daughter and sister after a fatal accident in the midst of the holiday season. The family is sent into ethical turmoil, however, when the father brings her back in the form of a robot replacement that shares her personality and memories. Due to some technological complications and the nature of their situation, she is totally unable to live her life as she once did.
