Exploring the daily journey between home and work as a site where subjectivities are produced and reproduced under contemporary capitalism. Conceived as a dual-screen observational video essay, the project assembles a diary of feminine gestures recorded on the Barcelona metro during the daily commute to and from work. Without explicitly depicting labour itself, the work reflects on the in-between temporality of commuting as a space of discipline, surveillance, and social reproduction, where bodies learn and repeatedly perform the behaviours that sustain contemporary working life.
