Kawamoto Hisashi, a fourth-year employee at a publishing company, feels stuck and troubled at work. On a whim, he decides to take a solo trip to Kamakura. Through encounters at a guesthouse and quiet moments by the sea with strangers, he gradually begins to connect with the warmth of the town and the calmness of the ocean, allowing his heart to slowly unwind. This is a story of renewal and growth, portraying a young city dweller over the course of a one-night, two-day journey.
